"Aunt Jenny" portrayed by Carla Waldrep

She was the leader in many a mountain feud following the days of the Civil War All kinds of tales and legends surround Aunt Jenny's name, but one thing is for sure: She was the mother of the outlaw gangsters the Brooks Boys. During the 1860s, after her husband and oldest son, John, 17, were killed, she trained her five other sons to shoot pistols. She then sent the young gunslingers on a murderous rampage that stretched 30 years and thousands of miles from Alabama all the way out to Texas and Oklahoma.
